Your tasks:

• Handling Guest Requests and Complaints
• Operating our hotel management system and performing general administrative tasks
• Close collaboration with all departments of the hotel

Your profile:

• Completed training in the hospitality industry or initial work experience at a front desk is a plus
• Candidates from other fields with a strong service orientation are also welcome
• A friendly, confident, and well-groomed appearance
• Organizational skills, as well as the ability to work independently and in a structured manner
• Ability to work in a team, reliability and resilience
• Proficiency in spoken and written German and English
• Proficiency in using standard MS Office applications; experience with hotel software is a plus

Your tasks:

To strengthen our team, we are currently looking for a reliable and responsible night porter (m/f/d) to join us immediately on a full-time, part-time, or minimal-hours basis.

Your working hours:

• Regular night shift from 10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m.
• Assignment According to the Duty Roster
• Willingness to work on weekends and holidays

Your tasks:

• Support and points of contact for our guests during the night
• Handling late check-ins and early check-outs
• Handling guest requests and minor issues
• Answering Phone Calls
• Conducting regular inspections throughout the hotel
• Ensuring order and safety throughout the building
• Preparing various tasks for the coming day
• Performing administrative tasks and closing out the day's work

Your profile:
