A Smile at the Front Desk – Become the Face of Our Hotel!

The Hafenhotel Meereszeiten in Heiligenhafen is an exclusive 4-star superior hotel offering a stylish atmosphere, upscale service, and a prime location right on the marina. Our front desk is the first point of contact for our guests and ensures an unforgettable stay with competence, warmth, and professionalism.

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a dedicated receptionist (m/f/d) to start immediately, either full-time or part-time.

Your tasks:

A Warm Welcome and Farewell for Our Guests
Check-in and Check-out Procedures
Accepting and Processing Reservations
Providing expert advice to our guests on hotel offerings and recreational activities
Handling Guest Requests and Complaints
Operating our hotel management system and performing general administrative tasks
Close collaboration with all departments of the hotel

Your profile:

Completed training in the hospitality industry or initial work experience at a front desk is a plus
Candidates from other fields with a strong service orientation are also welcome
A friendly, confident, and well-groomed appearance
Organizational skills, as well as the ability to work independently and in a structured manner
Ability to work in a team, reliability and resilience
Proficiency in spoken and written German and English
Proficiency in using standard MS Office applications; experience with hotel software is a plus
