To strengthen our team, we are looking for a dedicated receptionist (m/f/d) to start immediately, either full-time or part-time.

Your tasks:

• A Warm Welcome and Farewell for Our Guests
• Check-in and Check-out Procedures
• Accepting and Processing Reservations
• Providing expert advice to our guests on hotel offerings and recreational activities
• Handling Guest Requests and Complaints
• Operating our hotel management system and performing general administrative tasks
• Close collaboration with all departments of the hotel

Your profile:

• Completed training in the hospitality industry or initial work experience at a front desk is a plus
• Candidates from other fields with a strong service orientation are also welcome
• A friendly, confident, and well-groomed appearance
• Organizational skills, as well as the ability to work independently and in a structured manner
• Ability to work in a team, reliability and resilience
• Proficiency in spoken and written German and English
• Proficiency in using standard MS Office applications; experience with hotel software is a plus

To ensure that our guests feel completely at home from the moment they arrive, professionally managed housekeeping is of the utmost importance.

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a dedicated and experienced housekeeper (m/f/d) to start immediately on a full-time basis.

Your tasks:

• Responsibility for organizing and ensuring the smooth operation of all housekeeping activities
• Leadership, Motivation, and Scheduling of the Housekeeping Team
• Inspecting guest rooms and public areas for cleanliness, tidiness, and compliance with our high quality standards
• Orientation and Training for New Employees
• Coordinate daily room cleaning in close collaboration with the front desk
• Organization and Management of Linens, Cleaning Supplies, and Consumables
• Monitoring compliance with our hygiene and quality standards
• Processing and coordinating repair and defect reports
• Ensuring that the entire hotel maintains a well-kept appearance

Your profile:

• Work experience in housekeeping, ideally at an upscale hotel
• Initial leadership experience or a strong interest in a leadership position with significant responsibility
• Organizational skills and a strong sense of cleanliness and order
• An eye for detail and high quality standards
• An independent, organized, and reliable work style
• Assertiveness combined with team spirit and a respectful leadership style
• A friendly and professional demeanor
• Proficiency in German; knowledge of other languages is a plus
• Willingness to work on weekends and holidays
