Your tasks:

Preparation and creative presentation of high-quality dishes
Helping to design our daily changing menus
Compliance with hygiene and quality standards according to HACCP
Coordination with the service team for a perfect guest experience
Responsibility for your own post in the kitchen

Your profile:

Completed training as a chef (m/f/d) or comparable qualification

The Hafenhotel Meereszeiten in Heiligenhafen is an exclusive 4-star superior hotel that stands for stylish ambience, first-class service and a special feel-good atmosphere. Our housekeeping team plays a central role in ensuring that our guests feel completely at ease.

We are looking for a committed and reliable deputy housekeeper (m/f/d) to support the housekeeper on a full-time basis.

Your tasks:

Supporting the housekeeper in managing the housekeeping team
Checking rooms, public areas and back of house for cleanliness and tidiness
Assistance in daily cleaning if required
Training, instruction and supervision of cleaning staff
Coordination with reception and other departments
Ensuring compliance with quality and hygiene standards
Shared responsibility for ordering and managing cleaning materials and consumables

Your profile:

Experience in housekeeping, ideally in an upscale hotel
Organizational talent, overview and attention to detail
A high degree of responsibility and independence
Good knowledge of German, knowledge of English an advantage
Friendly demeanor, team spirit and service orientation
Willingness to work weekends and public holidays
